The Challenge
TAPS Family is a global network of vetted paranormal investigation teams — hundreds of groups across six continents operating under the TAPS methodology and standards. Managing team applications, maintaining the network directory, and communicating with regional teams required more than a static page. They needed a platform that could handle applications, track member teams, and serve as a legitimate-looking home for a global community.
The Solution
Built a full network hub with public team directory, application flow for groups seeking TAPS Family membership, and a resource center for existing member teams. Supabase backend handles team records and application management. TAPS Family reunion event pages with registration flow. CRM integration for network-wide communications and member management.
