WisePractice offers practice management software — scheduling, billing, client management, and marketing automation — specifically for therapists and mental health practitioners. The healthcare SaaS space is trust-sensitive and competitive. Reaching independent practitioners means standing apart from established players while speaking directly to the pressures solo and small-group therapy practices actually face: admin burden, no-shows, billing complexity, and client communication.
The Solution
We built the full marketing website with messaging targeted squarely at the independent practitioner — not enterprise healthcare IT buyers. The design uses a warm, professional aesthetic that resonates in the therapy space without feeling clinical or cold. Behind the site, we deployed the complete GoHighLevel CRM with trial sign-up workflows, onboarding sequences, and retention automations. Paid advertising campaigns target therapists by specialty and practice size. The entire funnel — from ad to trial to activated user — runs without manual intervention from the WisePractice team.
