The Challenge
Million Dollar Masterminds needed to be more than a book sale — it had to sell the book and grant access to a gated membership community, all through one checkout. That raises the stakes on the back end: a purchase now has to provision membership access through the CRM, not just create a shipment. Brad wanted the flagship live fast, without sacrificing the reliability of the order-and-fulfillment pipeline already running on his other funnels.
The Solution
We forked the proven 8-Minute commerce stack and extended it with membership provisioning through the GoHighLevel SDK. A single Stripe Payment Element checkout handles the book plus a bundle bump; on purchase, the buyer is tagged, granted membership access, sent through Lulu for print fulfillment, and persisted in Neon, with the thank-you flow routing them into the member ecosystem. The entire flagship funnel was built and shipped live in one focused build session on its own custom domain.
