The Challenge
Brad Hart needed to sell and physically ship a book at scale without a fulfillment team. A book funnel looks simple from the outside, but the back end is where they break: the moment someone buys, payment has to clear, a real print order has to be created and shipped, the buyer has to be tagged in the CRM, and transactional emails have to fire — every time, with zero manual steps. Any gap means a missed shipment or an untracked buyer.
The Solution
We built the complete funnel on Next.js with a fully automated order pipeline. Stripe handles checkout for the single book and the bundle upsell. On a successful charge, the system creates a real print-on-demand job through Lulu, upserts and tags the buyer in GoHighLevel, and fires a three-email transactional sequence through Resend — order confirmation through shipping — backed by a Neon database that persists every order. A 14-day nurture drip follows. We validated the entire chain end to end with a real charge before launch.
The Results
A hands-off funnel that takes a buyer from click to printed-and-shipped book with no manual intervention.
Verified end to end with a live order through Stripe, Lulu, GoHighLevel, and Resend.
Every order persisted and every buyer tagged for follow-up automatically.
